No Roof Left Behind is a national program designed to help communities provide services to local families in need. A1 Roofing and Construction is proud to be the authorized No Roof Left Behind contractor in the region. Through this partnership, we are able to provide underprivileged families with new roofing in Warwick, RI, and other nearby areas.
Each year, residents across Warwick, Newport, Bristol, and the surrounding communities who cannot afford a new roof have the opportunity to get one for free. This is through our annual No Roof Left Behind contest. Residents in need of a new roof either nominate themselves for the program or are nominated by friends or relatives. To support their nomination, they need to submit a photo of their roof, along with a story detailing the current condition of their system. We select winners via online voting, with contests held twice a year.
Just recently, we had the privilege to install a new roof for a family who lives in Newport, RI. John Brennan and his family faced several struggles in the previous years, with John suffering from a medical condition that has affected his ability to work. To add to the list of their challenges, their roof was deteriorating and in dire need of repairs. Fortunately, the Brennan family won a free roof through our latest No Roof Left Behind contest. Third-party organizations, such as Riverhead Building Supply and GAF®, as well as several city officials also contributed significantly to the success of our latest project.
